  • Colbern Limited carry out a database search of candidates suitable for your vacancy

  • Place an advertisement if no one suitable is registered

  • Pre-screen candidates and forward CVs of suitable applicants

  • Arrange interviews

  • Fee is based on % of 1st year’s salary, if Colbern Limited don’t place a suitable candidate no fee is charged.

 

 

Contract Staffing

 

Colbern Limited can offer individually tailored contract recruitment solutions to clients, from short notice placements, high volume regular bookings or long term contract staff who form part of your ongoing staff resource plan, holiday or sickness cover.

 

There are many cost effective options, including contractors working under limited company status, PAYE or fixed fee for the contractors' transfer to the client - whichever suits you best.

 

Colbern Limited is an established company however the Directors, who are very much involved in the day to day running of the business with a proven track record of operating within supply contracts and service level agreements, are happy to discuss options and the best solution for you in more detail.

 

Recruitment Response Service

 

We have identified that not all our clients wish to have a traditional recruitment agency service. We have therefore put together some different options, which are designed to meet client’s individual needs, whilst taking into consideration costs and the level of involvement clients may wish to have in the recruitment process.

 

Time is a major factor in any business and most Companies use their staff time and potential to its full at all times. So, when there is a vacancy to fill or a recruitment campaign planned this can stretch teams taking them away from their main duties. Our service is designed to alleviate this leaving your staff able to focus on their jobs, but still allowing you to fill that all important vacancy.

  • Send out your company information, application pack and job description

  • Pre-screen or telephone interview to clients’ specification

  • Application forms are returned to Colbern Limited who carry out a further screening of applicants

  • Carry out 1st Interview and shortlist candidates for client interviews

  • Send details of all candidates along with the response report

  • Arrange 2nd interviews
