Admin and Project Support
£15.32 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Admin Project Support Officer.
Organise and coordinate meetings and events, including internal and external meetings,
– To provide an efficient and effective administration across the service to ensure the smooth running of the service.
– Support the team to respond to ad-hoc requests related to Adult learning delivery and coordinating responses
– To undertake generic admin duties including taking minutes, telephone calls/messages, giving advice to service users, filing, faxing, despatch and receipt of mail etc
Room bookings e.g. for exams and CPD
Organising events e.g. exams, certificate ceremony
Support with invoices
Support with SLAs for venues
Maintain safeguarding logs (for management scrutiny)
