Revenues and Benefits Quality Assurance Officer
£18.70 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Revenues and Benefits Quality Assurance Officer.
• Quality Assurance of Housing Benefits and Council Tax Support Claims
• This will require a full understanding of assessing benefit claims processing and regulations.
• Process changes and provide training on Benefits and Local Taxation to officers within the customer services team, including benefit assessors.
• Hybrid working opportunities
