Our client is looking for an experienced Project Officer
Completing research, ideas, contribute to report writing, risk assessment, budgeting.
Understand Social Housing, desirable independent living.
Housing experience, local authority background.
Ideally 2 days per week on site.

To work independently but under the direction of the Housing Services Manager to:
• Develop and deliver a review of the Independent Living Services provided by the Council including the redesignation of stock project.
• Contribute to the review and changes to Lifeline and Out of Hours Services.
• Assist in the setting up of a successful service level agreement with another Local Authority to deliver property management services to a specific site.
• Contribute to a review of rents and service charges.
• Work with the Housing Services and Communities and Project Teams on tenant consultation events.
• Work on a review of tenancy terms and conditions.
Prepare initiation documents, project briefs, option appraisals, project plans, project risk registers and specifications.
Research options for service delivery including recommendations that contain costings and feasibility assessments.
Organize and carry out consultation exercises.
Produce information for service users in a variety of formats.
Prepare data, in various formats, for key stakeholders, including Senior Officers, Elected Members and contractors.
Write or update any required policies & procedures.
Set up new ways of working within the Teams as required.
Provide training and information to internal staff members on any changes to ways of working.
