Contract – I day per week
£178.55 per day PAYE or £250 per day limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Enabler
1 day per week, preferably Wednesday. 7.4 hours per week.
To work with planning colleagues in planning pre-application advice and planning applications in relation to housing.
To work closely with developers, Registered Providers, planning agents etc in an enabling role to facilitate housing development within the area
Work with Registered Providers in developing local lettings plans

A Housing Enabler for one day a week to support Wyre Forest District Council.
This is to cover just one element of an existing role that is currently also being backfilled internally. This day a week element would cover the following;
To work with planning colleagues in planning pre-application advice and planning applications in relation to housing.
To work closely with developers, Registered Providers, planning agents etc in an enabling role to facilitate housing development within the area
Work with Registered Providers in developing local lettings plans
They would report directly to the Director of Housing and Planning and could do the role in a hybrid way, with occasional meetings in the offices. It would be a 9-5pm role with the day to be determined but potentially a Wednesday.
We would be looking for someone to start immediately and the initial period would be three months.
