Our client is looking for an experienced Team Assistant – Direct Services (Supply Chain)

Placing orders directly with suppliers
Liaise with internal teams relating to subcontracted works.
Handle and resolve any order or price discrepancies.
Liaising with subcontractors to obtain updates on completion of works
Maintain and update supplier records.
Tracking and amending orders.
Contact suppliers to resolve possible shortages, missed or late appointments and any other discrepancies.
Review overdue orders, notifying of any significant delays from suppliers.
Any associated purchasing administrative tasks as required.
Provide support on cost saving initiatives when applicable.
